A. Terms of Service

By utilising the services of SoHealers, you automatically agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions in this document, which limit and govern our relationship with you. You agree to use any Tarot readings provided by SoHealers for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only.

B. Amendment of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time without prior notice.

Prices for our products and services are subject to changes. All prices displayed on our website and social medias are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise indicated. Please ensure that you are up to date with the most current prices before placing an order.

C. Code of Ethics

By utilising the services of SoHealers, you are agreeing to the following:

The purpose of SoHealers’ readings is to give our clients positive direction and guidance, to help them to find practical and empowering courses of action. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that we are the right readers for you before ordering.
SoHealers’ will interpret the cards to the best of their ability and will conduct the reading with honesty and openness.
As a general rule, if you request more than two readings on the same question within a month, we reserve the right to do further readings until a little more time has passed.
SoHealers will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist us in meeting customers’ needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve our services.
Reiki always works to serve the highest good for all concern, as such a desired outcome may or may not be the result from a Reiki session. The effect of Reiki is unique for every recipient, the information and testimonials presented are therefore a compilation of different clients’ personal and unique experiences and does not represent all Reiki experiences.
SoHealers will not give advice in areas for which they are not qualified. If the client needs a physician, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, or any other professional service for which our consultant is not qualified, we will encourage them to seek such service from someone who is qualified in that area.
The intention when doing a reading is to serve the best interest of the client and all concerned without causing harm or wish to deceive.
By utilising the services of SoHealers, you agree to accept full responsibility that you are solely in charge of you own life journey, life choices, and transformation, and agree to take complete responsibility for your own health and well-being, and for the decisions that lead to necessary shifts in attitudes, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Clients understand and agree that for healing to take place, several treatment sessions are often necessary to support the healing process. While it is possible that only one healing session can make a difference, most long-term imbalances were not created overnight and would require multiple session to facilitate the healing process.
Any feedback and suggestion that is offered and/or recommended by SoHealers, clients are fully responsible for any actions made thereafter, and agree that anything offered by SoHealers does not come with any guarantees for effectiveness and/or success. SoHealers is not liable for the results of decisions, actions, life choices, or changes that are made based on the provided guidance and feedback received as part of the healing session.

D. Terms and Conditions

By utilising the services of SoHealers, you are agreeing to the following:

The content presented is for the purpose of providing information and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Due to the practitioners’ other commitments, a client who arrive late accepts that their session may be shortened according to the time of delay caused by their late arrival. The full cost of the session will still be payable by the client.
If a client should miss or cancel an appointment without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fee will be payable by the client.
SoHealers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of any coupon codes, offers and discounts at any time, and discontinue or cancel any coupon codes previously issued without prior notice.
SoHealers’ practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, nor do they prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. SoHealers’ sessions are not to be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Only licensed medical professional is deemed qualified to make any diagnosis or give treatment recommendation. All information provided is not intended for the purposes of self-treatment and self-diagnosis. SoHealers’ strongly recommend that you see a licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have, and to always consult a doctor before making any changes to your existing medical care.
Conversations between SoHealers and the clients are strictly confidential and will not be shared without the client’s permission, unless the situation is possibly life-threatening or required by law.
SoHealers reserve the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that they feel they cannot answer or one that goes against our code of ethics.

E. Liability

By utilising the services of SoHealers, you automatically agree to hold SoHealers harmless for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages that may arise from the use of our services and agree that we will not be liable for compensation should any damages or injury result from using our service which extends to the use of any of our sites, hyperlinks, and information shared. In the event of site failure, computer virus or interruption of availability to use our site for any reason, please note that SoHealers is not liable for any damages, expenses or losses resulting directly or indirectly from the event.

F. Disclaimer

SoHealers services does not include:

Solving crimes, picking lottery numbers, locating lost items or persons
Predicting death dates, predicting exact dates of events
Reading about pregnancy
Diagnosing illnesses or finding cures for illnesses

You acknowledge that our services are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, or other health care service, nor any other professional advice which we are not qualified for.

You acknowledge that any and all predictions of the future are not guaranteed outcomes. The predictions are expressions of opinion only. The predictions are based on the current events and the outcome can be influenced by your decisions and choices you make by your free will from the moment the Tarot reading is delivered to you.

Please note that currently, services are only available in the English and Mandarin language.

G. Payment Policy

All video calls and email readings will not be completed until payment has been made via secure e-payment at PayPal / UEN/ PayNow / bank transfer. For physical readings, payment must be made before reading begins.
Policy on lateness, cancellation, and no-shows: 24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel readings. If you do not give us this advance notice, there will be a cancelation fee of 20% of the total fee, payable by the client. Please take the time to call or email us if you need to reschedule. There is no refund or rescheduling for no shows.
We do not offer refunds for our services, for any reason. Regardless of how you feel about the session, you have received the time, expertise, and document you have paid for. If you are not certain that our services are right for you, please feel free to contact us for discussion.
Services Agreement: You will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods”. You are not paying us for a product, but for our knowledge, experience, insights, and time.
For email readings, delivery of readings will normally be received within 5 working days of payment.
